We've changed names where clients asked us to, but the numbers are pulled directly from their reporting dashboards.

Loom & Larder, Artisan bakery
Artisan bakeryAsheville, NC
CASE 01

Loom & Larder

A two-location sourdough bakery known on Instagram, invisible on Google.

+300% monthly revenuePage 1 for 24 local terms3rd location opened Q4
The challenge

Loom & Larder was selling out in-shop but pulling almost no online orders. Their wholesale pipeline relied entirely on the founder's personal network. Search visibility for 'Asheville bakery' ranked them on page 3.

What we did
  • Rebuilt site on a fast Shopify stack with proper local schema
  • Local SEO + Google Business Profile overhaul across both locations
  • Geofenced paid social around four competitor coffee shops
  • Weekly UGC pipeline with three local food creators

"We went from praying for foot traffic to staffing up a third location. Spark didn't sell us a campaign. They rebuilt how we get found."

CASE 02

Northbrook Dental

A two-chair practice trying to grow without becoming a 'corporate dental mill.'

+311% new patients4.9★ across 312 reviewsHired 2 new clinicians
The challenge

Dr. Reyes had a beloved practice but a 1998-era website, no review pipeline, and a calendar that booked out three weeks during cleaning season and went quiet the rest of the year.

What we did
  • New site optimized for AEO (answer-engine optimization)
  • Automated post-visit review funnel, 4.6 to 4.9 stars in 90 days
  • Hyper-local geofence ads around five surrounding ZIP codes
  • Monthly content series answering the questions patients actually Google

"I was nervous about hiring a marketing agency. I'd been burned before. Hana and the team treated my practice like a product, not a brochure. We hired a second hygienist within six months."

CASE 03

Pine & Paddle Outfitters

A seasonal outfitter trying to survive the off-season and break out of REI's shadow.

3× annual revenue9× email listOff-season is a real season
The challenge

Eighty percent of Pine & Paddle's revenue came in 14 weeks. They needed a year-round audience, a real e-commerce engine, and a brand that didn't look like a 2014 Squarespace template.

What we did
  • Full rebrand and DTC ecommerce relaunch
  • Year-round content strategy: trail guides, repair tutorials, gear lists
  • SEO + AEO targeting 'best [activity] near me' queries within 200 miles
  • Reactivation flows for past renters, 11% returned within 60 days

"Spark built us a brand my crew is proud to wear. The numbers are great, but the real win is that we're not white-knuckling every winter anymore."
